Not open at 7am , the hours they have all over their building says 7am-9pm and google listing hours start at 7am , I’m here at 8am and th workers are just meandering in not showing their in a hurry at all. but they are not open yet. Been here numerous times and the cleaning is just “meh” at best.i had this at a 3-star rating then changed to 1-star today since they were late I reminded them of the last time I came there was no vacuuming for what I paid for “the best”. They charged me extra for cleaning the mats but since last time I did not get the vacuuming done then I asked can they just do the mats for free. I was told “no” I’d have to ask for this the same day after it wasn’t done. I said I was in a hurry and didn’t notice until later since all the dirt was in the back.

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I spoke to the manager SAUL about the poor quality car wash and vacuum respectfully, and Saul was verbally aggressive and hung up the phone. Upon returning to the car wash to inspect my car, Saul was completely dismissive. He is a very short and angry man with no patience and poor customer service skills. The owners need all new staff, that knows what customer service is.

NEVER. GO. HERE. My boyfriend always goes here. He never once had a problem until today. He had brought his car and everything was fine. He got home and saw that his head light and bumper, THAT HE GOT FIXED 5 DAYS AGO, was completely smashed. He went back and asked to look at the cameras to be sure if the damage was done there or not. He didn’t want to immediately place the blame on them. The manager comes over and completely disregards what he’s saying and what the video shows. The car could clearly be seen before entering the car wash undamaged and once it comes out, it’s damaged. They refused to fix the issue, cops were called and he made a report. The people who work here should be ashamed of themselves. The manager even called him a liar during this whole ordeal! Own up to your mistakes.

Small but efficient little car wash at a very busy intersection. Hard to miss if you do not pay attention but the staff are very friendly and helpful. The price is the same as every our car wash in Long Island but they offer latr night wash for a discount (10$ or 11$). Highly recommend you take the middle option because it's the best value for the money. Good place to get your car clean after a long hard winter. They offer detailing services as well but I have not used them so I can not comment on it.

All I can say is, never again. They are not at all attentive to your vehicle even what they think is a nice vehicle. I told one of the guys that my car had been sitting under a tree for a while and I needed them to pay special attention to the bird s*** and get that off. Of course they didn't get it all off. And they think that they could just drive your car anyway they feel like it. My brakes are not that great he drives the car speeding out of the wash and slamming on the brakes and the ground is greasy. You don't drive someone else's car without care. No tip and I won't be back again but take a look at the wheels just as dirty as they could be. And this is after I confronted him about it.
